Kapitel 155: The Elimination Rule

"What did you do to them?" Xiang Ling asked as soon as Xin Cheng returned after five or so minutes. Her heart was beating wildly in her chest as she waited for an answer.

"Just cleaned up your mess." Came the response from the man who didn't even spare her a glance and just closed his eyes and relaxed against the wall of the carriage.

"Stop saying that!" Xiang Ling protested after hearing the same words that Dao Ming said just to her moments ago. "I did try to ignore everything and wanted to leave that place, but somehow... still ended up failing."

"Then maybe you should try harder next time." Xin Cheng wasn't becoming soft at all and the more he reprimanded her, the more frustrated Xiang Ling felt.

"Why are you both so angry?" She demanded and her question finally succeeded in making Xin Cheng open his eyes. His deep crimson eyes stared directly at her as he asked, "Do you know who's the master of this slave?"
