Now that I realized it, I was without any clothes, as they had been burned away in the explosion.

The image of Lyra without any clothes, gripping the tentacle of the evolved insect queen, was imprinted in my mind. "It's not going anywhere for a while," I muttered, seeing them

"You pervert, why aren't you wearing any clothes?" Lyra asked, her eyes darting to my naked body and my "little monster."

"Like you're any better," I shot back, my mind easing as I teased her.

"Humans, you dare speak in front of me?" the insect queen said, her voice now distinctly feminine.

"Just shut your mouth, you disgusting witch!" Lyra retorted. I was baffled by her newfound strength. How had she become this powerful?

CLUNG!

The insect queen struck with another sharp tentacle, this time targeting Lyra instead of me. Yet, her body was now as strong as steel.

"Hey, Lyra, how are you so powerful?" I asked, still confused by the situation.
