Kapitel 262: An apology

Sure enough, expensive furniture had its perks. The leather felt nice to the touch, cold and refreshing. The shape of the armchair was also perfect for relaxation. 

Thus, quite soon, Su-Jin's eyes fluttered closed. Her breathing slowed down and she fell deeply asleep.

A short while later the door to the office opened and someone walked inside.

"Miss Park?" Ji-Won called out softly. 

At first, he thought that she might just be resting her eyes for a moment. But when he called her name the second time and she didn't respond, Ji-Won realized that the young woman was actually asleep. 

He went to his desk and placed the stack of papers he was holding. Then, he quietly walked over to where Su-Jin was sitting. 

For a long while, he remained standing next to her, silently watching her sleep. 

Just then, Su-Jin let out a soft groan. Her eyebrows furrowed and she curled into herself as though she was cold.
