Osee came to report the progress of establishing the new dukedom named 'Fontanus'.

"We have some problem, Master" Osee said, reluctantly.

"What is it?" Ignacia asked.

"The Empress would like to see you before she approved the dukedom named 'Fontanus', Master" Osee said.

"Why didn't you use 'Mind Control'?" Valentina asked.

"Well…I already tried to do so but it seems the power of mind control did not work on her, My Lady" Osee said.

"Did she ask to meet the person in charge before approved every case?" Ignacia asked.

"Well, our case is a rare case. There are no much noble families that can accumulate a great amount of wealth to buy many lands like us, Master" Osee said.
