Kapitel 278: Rule Follower

Henry pulled the bag that he carried over his shoulder to the front of him.

Before he undid the leather string that tied it tightly closed, he observed all the people staring at him in the throne room. 

The king, Princess Marie, the Crown Prince, Earl Auden, what seemed to be an old mage, and Commander Antoine all watched Henry's every movement. 

Even Commander Lothian turned to the side to gauge the king's reaction and see what Henry was about to do at the same time. 

Somewhat unceremoniously, Henry turned the bag upside down when it was on the floor and poured out the raw metal that they had found in Polona. 

The sun in the throne room backlit the king and what wasn't blocked by the king's throne made the silvery metal shine. 

"So you think you found it," the king observed quietly, his tone even. "Earl Auden, your family owns the biggest mine in Peroda. Is it the same metal as the sword on Henry's side?"
