"Before we signed the deals, Savine repeatedly mentioned how the only thing she was going to do was to help the people. Technically, she didn't lie. All her actions, aside from a few involving her personal relations, were regarding her promise. And her accepting the refugees into Fest could be considered the same thing. The people asked her for help and she accepted.

"She also warned that the moment we move against her for whatever reason, she will be free to do anything. We never learned what she will do, but I believe deep down, everyone knows we wouldn't like any of it."
