Savine sighed.
"I have… three answers to your question. One practical and rational, one emotional, and one confrontative. Which one do you want to hear?"
"All of them."
"Ugh, fine. Which one do you want me to start with?"
"The emotional."
"I don't care about these kids," Savine said. "Whether they die or live, or whether they live good lives or bad lives, it's really not something I worry about. They had their chance and they blew it. That's all."
