Kapitel 48: Pandora's Box

It had been more than two weeks since Sei left and Davi never heard anything from him. It was as if he just disappeared from existence, leaving no trace at all. Every time he left, Davi always felt like there was something inexplicably strange about it. Davi has been wondering why it felt that way but to her dismay, she couldn't find an answer. All she knew was that the feeling was undeniably mysterious. She felt as though he was not just leaving to go somewhere far away, it almost felt like his existence also seems to vanish as if he was just… a dream.

"Don't you miss the young master?" Mr. Kazuki asked while the two of them were watering the plants together.

Upon hearing him, Davi smiled. "I do."

This has been the longest time she hadn't seen him and she didn't expect that she would be missing him like this. She realized that she strangely needed Sei's presence more than she thought.

"The young master's occasional disappearance is really inevitable. Is this alright with you?"
