[Arnold POV]

I rushed through the abandoned city on my bike.

The roads were empty and desolate... Even the usual Phantoms were nowhere to be seen.

It was an eerie sight, to say the least.

"... But where are they?"

I muttered and licked my lips. The taste of rainwater spread in my mouth as I made my way through the destroyed buildings.

A storm was brewing. It was just a drizzle right now, but judging from the dark clouds looming overhead, it wouldn't be long before things became hectic.

I didn't want to get stuck here in the middle of a storm... I had to get Roxy out of here and take her to the base so that she could log out.

Thunder raged above my head as I tried to formulate my plan. The coordinates I was given were leading me to the high rise tower in the middle of the Outer City in Stigma.

This place would usually be crawling with Phantoms, but I couldn't even see one.

"... This is odd."
