Kapitel 61: The First Skill

The dim glow of the bedside lamp cast shadows across the ceiling of Adam's room as he lay there, his thoughts racing.

His eyes wandered over the faintly glowing patterns on the ceiling, and then it struck him like a bolt of inspiration.

"Wait… if I can learn any skill from Mikasa, pratham, or even myself in a second… why not try learning something from Sona?"

A spark of excitement flared within him. He look up slightly, carefully glancing at Sona, who was curled up on his chest, her golden feathers wrapped protectively around her tiny form as she slept soundly.

Her serene expression gave him pause. "I don't want to wake her up… but it won't hurt to try, right?"

"Connection," Adam whispered softly.
