Just looking at the scene you can say that the father, mother of that little girl begin to beg the fighter to open the door. The Fighter also did not waste any time and quickly opened the door. Only then the fighter recognised who that person was who was holding his friend and the little girl. 

The person was Saint Alex, the hero of humanity. He quickly saluted him. Alex, nodded at him, and told the fighter to take that little girl and that fighter. The fighters take both of them inside of the stronghold.
