Kapitel 177: Chapter 177 : Victory Day (Bonus Chapter)

Orion was in a good mood. He just earned 60 points for his house and left almost everyone speechless. He especially likes the face of both Malfoy and Nick back then.

But it's not about them, earning 60 points is a big deal yes... houses barely earn 50 to 100 points if they won the entire quidditch season for that year and here he alone got 60 points for the the house.

But again that was not the big deal, the big deal was from whom these points were coming.

The one and only potion master and number one snobbish professor in the entire Hogwarts.

Professor Severus Snape.

If after this he is not turning into a messiah for those little kids then he is not sure who can.

But again it's not just getting points from Snape, that he did last year or maybe it was last to last year, he can't remember.

The real big deal is that he made Snape give back the points he took from Gryffindors. That's the big deal.

[YES, We got him good, now he ain't gonna mess with you no more. With this you put that child in you to sleep, you're a man now. Finally, readers got something good, MC wearing big boy pants now]

"Huh ????

What are you muttering there old man ?" Orion didn't understand what Merlin just said, it was like for one second the accent of the man changed from being British to Native of Afro American.

[Hmm is that even a term... are you sure that you ain't being racist there? It sounds very racist to me] Merlin hmm.

'How I'm supposed to know that, I hardly travel or meet with enough people to know that. Hell, people call others Racist because they assume someone will like a certain food or talk in a certain way.' Orion shrugged. He really doesn't know what the hell is wrong with the people and this stupid world. He hardly cares for them. Only focus on his magical practice.

[Well I too can't tell ya. Not sure what are the standards for today to call someone racist. back in my day, Racist people used to catch them and put them in...

{Woh WOh wohwohw. We don't talk about those things here, this is a family-friendly fic Old Man.

Why are you hell-bent on ruining fic?

I swear I'm going to jail cause of you if you continue this. And I will drag you with me if that is the last thing I do. Huff Huff....}

"Woh... what was that...

Hey Merlin you hear that voice. Who was that ?"

[Huh Hmm. Nothing. Nobody at all.

And stop asking me strange questions you brat. One of these days you will cause big trouble for me and author] Merlin shouted and then shut up.

Orion was dumbfounded, not sure what happened there. Sighing he just shook his head and got out of the class.

As Orion entered the great hall to get something to eat, he found the usually chatty environment a little more active and noisy. But when people actually spot him, there is silence.

...

Pin Drop Silence.

Everyone was looking at him like he was he was Thanos with all infinity stones ready to snap.

Orion look at others. While others stare back at him.

One second.

Two Seconds.

Three Seconds.

Like there was a tacit understanding between all the students they slowly turned their heads towards the only two professors sitting in the hall.

These were none other than Lupin and McGonagall.

It was quite almost scary how focused all of them were and how they constantly glared at both of the professors.

Professor McGonagall who was eating while also reading some official document, halted her work and chewing as the knowing silence spread across the hall.

She only experience this kind of silence when students leave the castle, and maybe at first, she thought that it was nice to finally have some quiet in life but soon she realizes in her career that it's the children who really brings the castle to life.

Hogwarts Castle was majestic full of magic but the biggest magic of this castle wasn't magic at all, but the children.

So when she didn't hear the constant giggling and whispering of children she snapped her head up right away to see what the problem was. Lupin did the same. Not because he was experienced much like McGonagall, but rather because he was more experienced at being a naughty kid and a prankster himself.

Both saw everyone was looking at them with wide brilliant eyes full of expectation. To one point it was creepy and to others it was cute. Not sure how to explain this.

McGonagall didn't understand what was going on. However, just before asking, she was distracted mid-way.

"Professor McGonagall, There is a very important business Dumbledore had with both of us, I almost forgot to tell you," Lupin immediately said.

McGonagall was dumbfounded, but her years of experience caught something funny in this usual lie right away. She wanted to call Lupin at this, scold him not to join with students to prank others, he is a teacher now but seeing those students glaring at her with so much intensity. She faulted.

There was something fishy, she knew.

...

"Fine, let go then," McGonagall said as she got up and walked to the door.

But upon noticing that every eyeball was following her movements. She questions again whether it's the right decision to leave this student alone.

What are they planning?

Will this castle stand by the time she comes back from the headmaster's office?

"Don't make too much noise, We will be back soon," McGonagall said and left with uncertainty.

Lupin who knew what was going on, walked up to Orion and placed his hand on his shoulder.

"Good Job." Lupin grinned and left the hall.

Orion just blinked and a smile spread on his face.

And then he looked back at the students who were grinning more than him.

[Music Time - Teachers Pet - from School Of Rock.

And For Indian Audience - Malhari - From Bajirao Mastani]

As soon as the gates of the great hall close, a loud cheering echoes. Enough to equal any expensive music system.

Older students rush towards Orion.

"Woh,"

Orion almost screams as they lift him up in their shoulders with loud shouts and cheering.

It was almost like he won a war for them.

This was the day when Students got their first victory against the unjust rules and actions of Evil Professors.

Some students were crying with Joy.

Some were using magic to play different types of instruments. Composing a song on the spot.

Some took out their shirts and swung in to celebrate this accomplishment.

They even threw some chocolate and food toward Orion as an offering for the great saviour.

Something suddenly hit Orion on face, he was still lifted by others so it was hard to see what it was. It was blocking his vision. It even smells funny.

Upon inspection, he found out that it was a Bra...

"Orion,"

"Orion,"

"Orion,"

"Freedom,"

"Freedom,"

"Freedom,"

"Victory,"

"Victory,"

"Victory,"

"Bahubali,"

"Bahubali,"

"Bahubali,"

.

.

.

[And this marks the day of Humanity's first victory against Tita...

Cough Cough...

I mean Students against Evil Teachers.]

Cough Cough.

Merlin clear his throat and after few seconds shouted with with his full might.

[Satyameva Jayate]
