Kapitel 77: Mom’s cooking

"Mmmm" I groaned as I felt myself being awoken and I yawned as I rubbed my eyes feeling groggy and still tired.

"You're finally awake." I heard Emilio say, "Did you sleep well?"

"Huh? Mhmm. What time is it?"

"A little passed 7." He said checking his wrist watch and I stretched as I sat up on the couch that was in his office as I waited for my mind to become less foggy.

"Why didn't you wake me sooner? Didn't you want to go home?"

"You were tired and was sleeping peacefully. I didn't want to ruin that." He said as he continued typing and I nodded, but then my stomach began to grumble and he chuckled, "hungry are we!"

"Starving. Are you almost done?" I asked as I adjusted my clothes and fixed my hair.

"Okay give me one more minute and then we can go okay?"

"Okay" I said as I finally got off the couch to grab our stuff as I stood patiently waiting for him to get finished with work, and that one minute felt like an eternity as I felt my stomach began to grumble.

"Okay let's go."
