Kapitel 68: Power Limits

With green flames glowing from their tops, the trees stood like candlesticks. The dense, deep forest, not often visited by humans, was heaven for birds that flew like arrows through the air.

The sky was clear as a whistle. A golden ray winded through the branches of a tree, casting a sweet light among their leaves. A spring flowed sparkling in the valley. Thousands of butterflies passed easily among the trees, flapping their wings. 

It was a cool heat there, although the atmosphere was stifling. At one point, a deer spotted Hope, stopped for a moment, and then threw its legs in a bold jump, disappearing into the forest like an apparition.

At that moment, Hope understood she needed to find balance within herself, to harmonize her emotions. That was the only way she could test the limits of her powers. She needed all of her strength to do what she had in mind.
