Joon Woo went on a rampage and verbally berated him in front of everyone. It's been two decades since he started this company and even when the times were tough he did his best to preserve the talents that they had.

It might not have always worked as few of them were eventually poached by his rivals but there was not one instance where he fired the whole band.
