Kapitel 947: The Sixth Bloodline Fusion!

BEEP~

The angry Thunderbird was not going to let this opportunity slip by. Lightning flashed on its tail, and in an instant, a powerful thunderstorm had gathered and struck Grindelwald into the bottomless abyss.

Without Grindelwald to control it, the fierce fire's offensive slowed, and it was quickly suppressed by the effects of the Ultimate Curse…

However, before Ivan could breathe a sigh of relief, the entire second floor began to shake, and the floor beneath them began to crack, spreading cracks across the entire floor…

This place is collapsing…

"Quick, over here!" Rolfe called out urgently as he flew toward Ivan on his Thunderbird, his right hand outstretched.

Ivan had the ability to do aerial combat, but he did not refuse Rolfe's offer. He grabbed his hand and climbed onto the Thunderbird's broad back.

"Thank you, Mr. Scamander," Ivan said gratefully, patting Rolfe on the shoulder.

"Don't be such a stranger, call me Rolf!" Rolf laughed, pointing to the Thunderbird beneath him. "And I didn't do anything to deserve it. It's mostly his fault…"

The Thunderbird let out two high-pitched cries, indicating its presence.

"Well, thank you too, Sir Thunderbird…" Ivan said reluctantly.

While they were chatting, most of the tiles on the second floor had collapsed, and the view downstairs was visible through the deep cracks.

Rolfe hoped desperately that Grindelwald would be smashed to death by the falling masonry, in which case they would be completely safe.

Unfortunately, the falling bricks froze in mid-air before they could hit the ground, as if they had been grabbed by a giant hand. They quickly gathered together, and in just three or four seconds, a nine-meter-tall stone giant appeared in front of them…

"Is Grindelwald's Transfiguration that good?" Ivan's expression was grave. He knew Grindelwald was highly skilled in the Dark Arts, but he did not expect Grindelwald to be equally frighteningly skilled in Transfiguration.

"This is not the time to be thinking about that!" Rolfe shouted, his scalp going numb as the stone giant swung its palms at him.

"Obstacles!" Rolfe shouted through gritted teeth, and a barrier of magic appeared, but it was as thin as paper in the face of the Rock Giant, and it tore apart in less than a second.

The Thunderbird's body sparked with electricity, and its speed increased again, narrowly missing the giant hand.

Rolfe lay on the Thunderbird's back, feeling the wind rush over his head as he experienced what it was like to die.

"Do something, Hulse…" Rolfe said urgently. His tentative defense had taught him that Grindelwald was more than he could handle. The difference between them was like the difference between a Sniffle and a dragon.

The only person he could rely on was this wizard who was several years younger than him.

"I'm thinking!" Ivan snapped, glaring at Rolfe. After much hesitation, he decided to take the gamble, otherwise the Resurrection Stone would fall into Grindelwald's hands…

Having made up his mind, Ivan took the two bottles out of his pocket and placed them on the Thunderbird's back to begin the final steps of the Bloodline Fusion Potion.

Nicolas Flamel's hut was not very large, and the Thunderbird could not move very fast in such a confined space.

Grindelwald did not want to delay any longer, and the eerie blue fire flared up again, squeezing the Thunderbird further from all directions.

Rolfe was close to despair as Ivan gulped down the potion he had concocted.

The green liquid gradually flowed down his throat and into his stomach. It tasted even more special than the rest of the Bloodline Fusion Potions. There seemed to be a slight electric arc in the green liquid, and Ivan's hair stood on end as his mental senses sharpened.

However, this did not feel good. After all, he was in the middle of a battle, and he could sense danger from all directions.

Most importantly, this new power was quickly resisted by the other powers in his body, and the balance that had been created was instantly broken.

Ivan's face turned red and then white, and his magic leaked out uncontrollably, attracting Rolf's attention.

"Are you all right, Harls?" Rolfe asked eagerly. He had assumed that Ivan was trying to brew a potion like Felix Felicis, and only good luck had helped them escape.

However, Ivan looked like he was about to explode as soon as he finished it, and Rolf even began to suspect that Ivan was in too much of a hurry to get the wrong potion.

Ivan didn't reply. He focused all his attention on controlling the magic riot, and the protective mode was activated the moment he drank the potion. However, the conflict between the six bloodlines was too intense, and he was unable to suppress it immediately.

By the time Ivan managed to calm the first wave of magic, the eerie blue flames were right in front of him.

"It's over… I can't believe I'm going to die here," Rolfe said with a bitter sigh. He had once caught a terrifying Runespoor, slept in a dragon's den, and escaped Death's clutches several times. This time, however, he would not be able to.

Ivan suddenly rose from the Thunderbird's back and faced the sea of fire, his expression unchanged as he raised his wand and said, "It's not over yet. The battle has only just begun!"

"Wind!"

The moment Ivan opened his mouth, a violent gust of wind appeared out of thin air in the room, which was only a few hundred square meters in size. It kept the sea of fire at bay, and even swept towards its original owner.

Grindelwald's calm expression finally changed. He waved his wand and conjured a huge golden shield, and the giant rock giant retreated.

"Separate left and right!" Ivan called again.

As if his words were law, an abyss split open in the ground where his wand pointed, and the sea of fire that filled the sky was torn in half. The golden round shield only resisted for a second before being broken.

Everything in its path was forcibly separated, even the wall behind it…

Grindelwald managed to dodge one of them, and the one that took his place was sliced cleanly in half from head to toe. Moments later, it collapsed in a pile of rubble…

Grindelwald shot Ivan a fearful look, then pulled the hood of his cloak over his head and disappeared from the room.

Just left? Ivan frowned. Grindelwald was out of his magical reach.

However, Ivan pushed this thought aside and determined that it was the effect of the Invisibility Cloak!

After all, Nicolas Flamel had placed a large amount of protective magic in this separate space, forbidding any living creature from using spatial magic, so that they would not be disturbed after their death.
