Kapitel 142: I hate you

Eiravyne had wanted to strangle him, to end it all while he slept. But now, as she lay beneath him, pinned and helpless, she knew there was no escape from his wrath.

Her eyes fluttered shut as the last vestiges of her strength ebbed away, leaving her with only the bitter truth that had been gnawing at her soul. 

"I w-want to cut… this a-act," she began, her voice barely above a whisper but laced with a steely resolve. "I'll be t-truly and p-painfully h-honest with you, Ilkar."

Her words hung in the air, and she could feel him tense above her, his grip on her wrists tightening just slightly. 

Eiravyne's breath hitched, and she forced herself to continue, the words tearing at her as they left her lips.

"I c-can't even…. stand to l-look at you, Ilkar S-Skivarion," she admitted, her voice trembling with a mixture of anger and despair. 

"You rep-pulse me… everything about you. And now… now you have every right to p-punish me, don't you?"
