Kapitel 62: AN EMPTY VESSEL (I)

I took in a deep breath as I stared at the entrance of the dungeon. I was scared, terrified actually. I was about to go in and see the woman I call my mother and remind her of what she is.

But how the hell was I supposed to that? The woman hates my guts! I'm pretty sure she was going to attempt to kill me again the moment she sees she failed again. What's more? I'm scared she might actually finish the job this time around.

"You okay?" Ivan asked coming to stand behind me.

Was I okay? I think we all know the answer to that, "No" I answered without looking at him and I felt him slip his hand into mine. I looked up at him only to find him looking at me with a smile on his face.

"You know you don't have to this." He says with a small smile, "You could always come back another time."

"That doesn't mean I won't still see her." I say with a sad smile.

"Yeah, that sucks." Ivan says with a small sigh.
