Kapitel 4: Finally a Potter
"The Hogwarts Express is leaving in 10 minutes. All students please board the train" the intercom announced.
The mummurs stopped as the students quickly bid farewell to their loved ones and boarded the train.
Wu Mao was finally released from the spell. He glared at his sister, eyes shooting daggers.
"I know you'll miss me but you don't have to look at me that way for leaving. Bye I'm going to join my friends!" Completely brushing him off, Wu Zhen unapologically left.
"Wow what a sister you have there, she's even scarier than me. Also, your family seems quite powerful? " Julia remarked, trying to extract more details on his family. As a muggle born, she had scant knowledge of the power structure of the current wizarding world except for those who chose to go public.
Wu Mao decided to ignore her questioning, he was already in a foul mood and he wanted to quickly get away from one of the key sources of trouble.
"What are you running away for I'm speaking to you!" Julia caught up to him, a hint of anger showing.
"Let's hurry or we won't get any good seats" Wu Mao head was starting to pound but he still tried to defuse her temper. His day would actually turn for the worse if he really angered her, who know what weapons she had brought with her.
With a gloomy atmosphere surrounding both of them like an overcast cloud, Wu Mao and Julia boarded the Hogwarts Express.
After storing their luggage, they found an empty carriage and sat down, taking the 2 seats next to the window.
Many freshman were on platform, still reluctant to part with their parents. As the freshman streamed in, they avoided the moody carriage like a plague. Afterall the train ride was known to be an important starting point to make friends at Hogwarts.
However, both Wu Mao and Julia were uninterested in making friends. They were going to leave after a year anyway.
Just as the train doors closed, a soft voice broke the silence: "Excuse me, can I sit in this carriage?"
Both Wu Mao and Julia didn't reply and just nodded their heads. It would be rude to vent their frustration on an innocent bystander.
Seemingly ignorant about the gloomy atmosphere, the boy lifted his hand up and greeted with a smile: "Hello, I am Drake, Drake Potter"
