"I'm going to get to the point miss. You don't have much of a choice here. You're only entitled to one request and I'll fulfil it.
I'm sure you don't know me too well.
I'm Pacho Esteban. Rudolph's father."
She looked at him for about 30 seconds she could tell what he was wearing was very expensive, he knew Rudolph wasn't poor but she hadn't expected him to be this rich. Did she even know this guy?
"I need you and my grandson to come with me to City B, my son needs a bone marrow transplant and it turns out only his son can save him."
"Why should I agree?" she mumbled in disgust
"Just who does he think he is to come to my home and demand for my son and me to move to City B.," she thought
Mr Pacho studied her for a while, he could tell that she was unaware of who Rudolph, really was and she didn't even know him at all.
He finally broke the silence and said calmly
"You have no choice "
Amy laughed hard,
"I have a choice Sir and I'm not interested in what you or your son has to say and right now I choose to walk you out."
The bodyguard was at alert, given the way she was raising her voice they had wanted to intervene but Mr Pacho had stopped them.
"Your son is in Mary land school currently he is having chocolate cookies you packed for him he is wearing black jeans and a white shirt," he said with a smirk that revealed his crooked teeth at the side of his mouth.
A sudden fear gripped Amy as she laid down these details about her son and his whereabouts.
"Leave my son alone," she said with a shaky voice,
"Not so bold eh," he said with an evil smile.
"So here's the deal, you'd come to City B with your son we'll allocate an apartment for you and give you everything you need."
"I won't sell my son. She whispered as her heart tore into pieces.
She knew she was in for it.
She didn't know much about Rudolph's family but it was glaring that they weren't one to mess with.
You can make one request.
"Okay...," she thought for about 2 minutes she needed something that would serve as a guarantee that she and her son would be safe. She hadn't asked for any of this.
"I will agree to this on one condition,
I'll get married to Rudolph."
Pacho wasn't expecting that, but Amy was a smart woman she knew if she ventured into this she needed protection and the only way that could happen was if she was protected by Rudolph.
Pacho considered her request for some seconds, he had already hooked Rudolph with Stephanie for the sake of power. Had Rudolph, not been stubborn and careless they would have been together now.
"Okay," he said coldly.
She wasn't a threat to him. And it was better to have her close than far. He didn't want loose ends in his family or his bloodline.
His son had been stupid enough not to take care of this problem on time but perhaps it was a good thing.
"We leave now, just grab a few things you might need, we'll be waiting for you. We will go pick up your son from school afterwards and well be on our way back to City B"
How much her life was going to change was something she couldn't phantom yet but she was about to find out.
However, she was certain it would.
They picked up Hayden from school and drove off to City B.
The tall trees from the side of the road waved due to the wind blowing on them.
She had several questions and couldn't help but resound them in her head.
"What if he doesn't love me anymore? After all these years, what would it be like to finally meet him again? What does he do for a living? How is his family this rich?"
The questions were unending as she sat quietly in the car.
Suddenly she felt a slight headache at the side of her head. She has had a 3 years long drama in one day.
She was going back home. She had run far from it all and now, she was being dragged back to where she started from.
They got to the mansion in Ravensburg, it was a sight to behold.
"Where are we?" She asked as her eyes lit up in surprise.
"You're home." Mr Esteban had arranged for her and her son to stay in a room in the house since she was getting married to his son she needed to stay in the mansion.
It was an extremely large bedroom it had an oval mirror frame from finely polished brown wood with little curlicues she walked to the master sized bed. It had soft and smooth double bedsheets.
The walls were sunset gold and had pictures of flowers grouped in gardens.
She opened the large closets and saw they had made plans for clothes, new designers wears filled the closet with, kids wear for children that perfectly suited Hayden.
"Gilly, go upstairs and tell the young miss to freshen up and come down. We are going to the hospital. There is not much time left"
"Yes sir" she replied almost instantly and made her way upstairs.
The slight knock on the door had distracted Amy who had been deeply engrossed in admiring the beauty of the room and imagining the luxury she was going to live in from now henceforth.
The feeling of coming out of poverty to life like a queen was one she entertained.
She e the right decision to keep the baby.
"Yes, come in," she said.
"Good day ma'am My name is Gilly Mr Esteban asked me to inform you that you would be going to the hospital in an hour have to get ready"
"Okay" she simply said
"Is there anything you need??" Gilly asked
"No, I'm good"
She turned to take her to leave.
she dragged her little boy and gave him warm hug.
"Hayden baby, I need you to listen to me, you are going to meet your father and he is seriously ill and you alone can save him. So I don't want you to be scared, this is our new home okay"
Hayden nodded his head in affirmation.
He was a really smart child with a high IQ he preferred spending time making sketches of things he observed.
He found drawing as a way to express himself.
Amy bathed Hayden and dressed him up.
After a good bath, she reached her bag for a few makeup items.
She hadn't seen him in years and she was going to look beautiful. She carved her perfectly full eyebrow and applied a bit of brown powder on her face with a glossy nude-coloured lipstick. she put on a red coloured dress with a long slit by the side. The dress revealed her cleavages slightly.
She wore a low heel and carried her purse not forgetting to include her pepper spray.
"Let's go baby" she took his hands and they both walked downstairs to the living room.
