Kapitel 33: Our Wish

Thomas stared at the ceiling of the room pondering about his wife's suggestion. She hit the weak spot on his heart. Valeria is right... they already have everything in life. What is there to experience in life anymore? They don't have a grandchild yet. Holding his first grandchildren in his arm is exciting and refreshing, another milestone to achieve!

He looked at his wife. "Alright, I agree to your plan regarding the civil wedding ceremony of the couple, you have now my full support. We will go to the judge's office tomorrow, we will do it quickly before Donna can take Helen away!" he finally said.

At first, Thomas objected to his wife's intrusion in Peter's life, arranging the wedding without his consent angered him but he had a feeling that it won't last so he didn't make a big deal out of it. Thinking about having grandchildren changed his mind completely.
