『Reporter』 "Would you care to enlighten us? And how will the homeless be able to pay if they have nothing on them."
『Jason』 "Well, with the cooperation from the government, they help us verify the identity of those coming to apply for housing."
"While also taking their unique body biometrics like fingerprints and issuing them a valid ID. If they are confirmed to be a US citizen."
"They will also go through a medical check-up to ensure that they won't be spreading any sickness within the district."

『Reporter』 "Isn't that the same as making them your slave?"
『Jason』 "Of course not, they will be provided the minimum wage and the part-time work they will be doing is to construct the same low-cost housing in the same area."

A lot of the people in the working and lower classes have been enticed by their latest housing project.
Which made them quit their current unsatisfying jobs and sold their houses then applied to their housing districts.
With that, they had to separate the low and working class.
Because they can't have educated people do jobs meant for the uneducated ones, that'll be a waste of human resources.
So, the working class will instead be the ones responsible for installing the pipes and electrical lines when building the houses.
Of course, once they finished receiving the training required for their selected jobs.
There will also be options of being promoted to work from part-time construction to full-time working for BREAK company if they perform well and applied to work full time.
With that move, Davion manages to fill up the lacking manpower he had planned for the B.R.E.A.K. company.
Who will be responsible for reconstructing buildings from enhanced people's fights.
Since most people hate their overworked and high-stressed office jobs that require a lot of scheming and planning to be promoted.
Why not work with only one goal in mind, right?

China, one of the most overpopulated countries and the most polluted one is slowly reducing air pollution due to more people using bikes instead of cars going places.
