Dozens of pale, black-veined, uncomfortably elongated arms reached out. They grabbed at the terrified Einherjar-- Justus included.
They screamed. They flailed their limbs. They scratched desperately at the road, leaving red streaks from their fingertips.
"Wroe?" Tycon asked aloud, "Tarquin Wroe-- is that you?"
"[GIVE PRAISE UNTO HER NAME!!!!!]" the shadows cried.
"Not Wroe!" Tycon screamed, "NOT. WROE! Move!!"
Or maybe it was. Either way, it wasn't the functionally sane Wroe that was reasonably safe to fight alongside.
Suddenly, the bricks blocking the door fell apart.
"Hey, y'all! Come on through!"
A blonde, lanky savior in the orange robes of House Kimura waved from the other side of the ⌈Gate⌋.
Tamaki.
Kimura Tamaki.
Oh, how Tycon loved that boy.
He grabbed what was closest to him-- Gobbuto, son of Gobsuke, and tossed him through the open door.
Lulu - “May I tempt you with the offer of falling, angel boy?”
Tycon - “No.”
Lulu - “I mean, for me.”
Tycon - “Still no.”
