Kapitel 49: Chase him away

The door to Daphne's apartment was knocked as she was about to climb upstairs to her room.

'who could that be?' Daphne thought. Wondering if Esther had ordered a pizza.

"Daphne can you please help me check who is at the door!" Esther shouted from the kitchen.

"Okay," Daphne muttered under her breath. She opened the door and saw Kian. Daphne blinked her eyes a few times in surprise, and Kian was still standing there, looking straight at her. He wasn't a speck of dust that she needed to blink away from her eye. When Daphne saw that Kian was about to open his mouth to say something, she slammed the door shut.

"Daphne!" Kian knocked at the door again. "Stop avoiding me, let's talk."
