Helios tried his best. There is no way to permanently get control of the Authority of Order that he knows of without becoming a half-celestial of Order. He is already the half-celestial of the sun and the Celestial Supreme is not looking to possess him. Not that it is possible for a Celestial to possess someone, even if that someone is a perfect vessel for possession like Helios is.

He raised his hands to the sky and proclaimed theatrically. "I have opened the gates of hell. I have ushered in an era of chaos and war. I promised and I delivered. I hope Zargoth plane will play its part in this dance."

Then he snickered and thought to himself. 'It's not like they have any choice.'
