If Helios could roll his eyes he would. It would make for an amusing sight. Unfortunately, he is a star. Rolling his eyes would be amusing for the same reason why he can't roll his eyes. He doesn't have eyes. 

For now, he settled with expressing his disagreement by saying, "Both Authority and Seeds of power are made of cosmic energy and laws. It is that simple. Seeds of power are different from each other just as authority is made of different facets of the law of order. No seed of power is the same and no Authority is the same. They possess the same differences so they should be the same."
