Kapitel 70: Chapter 70 - The Day of The Audition

After a week of non-stop effort, the long-awaited day of the 'Veil of Illusions' audition had finally arrived. This past week had been a whirlwind of dedication and rigorous training for Talon and Emily. Together, they had devoted themselves to mastering the art of Silk Acrobatics, thanks to Emily's unwavering determination to perfect their routine. From dawn until dusk, they trained for a whopping 12 hours each day, gradually growing closer as the audition date approached.

On the morning of the audition, Talon received a call from Emma while he was getting ready.

"I heard you're auditioning for the main lead role of 'Veil of Illusions,' huh? I didn't expect you to be so ambitious, Talon," she said over the phone.

"Oh? You knew about it?"

"Yes… Claire mentioned it to me… she spoke so passionately about how inspiring you are, how you don't allow yourself to rest and are aiming for yet another big goal," Emma explained.
