Zhou Yuan and Julong both bowed in respect immediately at the sight of the Blessings.
"Thank you, Patriarch!"
"Thank you, Elder!"
Yao Yao also had her gaze locked onto the Blessings, more specifically the Ancestral Dragon Will. She was more surprised than anything. She of course recognised it, but couldn't understand why he would be giving such a thing to them, they were not strong enough to refine it. Perhaps it had something to do with Julongs Spirit? Despite being connected to it in a way, she still had no clue what his Spirit was.
"Go make your preparations, you two. You will need to be much stronger for the ensuing fight."
With that, the blessings were both sent toward Julong and Zhou Yuan. They both received them with excitement, immediately getting down to Cultivating them respectively.
It had been such a long time since Julong had come into contact with Ancestral Dragon Will, and he was eager to replenish the amount he had lost to save himself from Zhun Lao, as was the Dragon that was linked to his Spirit.
He wasted no time, refining the Will faster than he had ever done before. The Will provided to him was more than he had found in the Domain he had battled Mushin Yuan inside of, not only that, it was also far purer, meaning he would make a lot more progress. He also no longer needed to worry about breaking through with the Will, as his Spirit had finally alerted him to his Cultivation not having any chance of being hindered thanks to his new Realm.
It only took a few of the strands of the near three-dozen strands of Ancestral Dragon Will for Julong to begin his perfect breakthrough.
His spirit quickly entered the Alpha-Origin Heaven, where he was able to access the fabled Alpha-Origin Qi, which would be able to overtime transform his Qi Dwelling into a Divine Dwelling, signifying his emergence into the higher levels of Cultivation. The only downside to many of the practitioners who were in the Alpha-Origin Realm was the fact that the only way one would be able to guide Alpha-Origin Qi into their body was via their Spirit. This, however, was no issue for Julong.
Many people who reached such a breakthrough were only at the Illusory Realm, but Julong was in the Corporeal Realm, and thanks to his progress in his Internal Cultivation, had inadvertently reached the peak of the Early Stage. In comparison, someone at the Initial Stage of the Illusory Realm and the Initial Stage of the Corporeal Realm was almost separated by two whole Internal Cultivation Realms if one wanted to look at it in such terms. While the Initial Stage of the Illusory Realm would only last half an incense stick of time, someone at the Initial Corporeal Stage would be able to last an inconceivably much longer time.
Guiding such Qi would be no issue for him. No issue at all.
He quickly began drawing the Alpha-Origin Qi into his dwelling with his Spirit Power. It was at such a rate that no matter who was watching would be struck with jealousy. These were the advantages of Cultivating ones Spirit. It was something many people were negligent too.
Julong stayed inside the Alpha-Origin Heaven for what felt like months, accumulating a massive storm of Alpha-Origin Qi before he began to feel even remotely tired. It was only a few moments later that it all appeared in the real world as an endless stream directed toward Julong's body.
Cang Xuan and Yao Yao, who were playing a board game at the time, trying to pass time as they allowed the two Geniuses to enjoy their blessings, turned their heads toward the spectacle.
"It seems as though he had finally made his perfect breakthrough into the Alpha-Origin Realm."
Yao Yao was the first to comment on his progress with a small smile.
"Such a large storm of Alpha-Origin Qi. I have never seen someone bring back so much. Training his Spirit really did him a lot of good."
As Julong began cultivating the Alpha-Origin Qi, he also began counting his breaths to see how long the Qi he brought back would last. A normal Apex Genius would average around 1000 breaths, so he was very interested to see how he would compare. Cang Xuan did much the same, counting each and every breath from the outside.
100...
300...
700...
1300...
2100...
3100...
4357..!
It took 4357 breaths for the Alpha-Origin Qi that Julong had brought back to diminish. Cang Xuan could only marvel at such terrifying talent.
"It seems, even I underestimated just how long Wan Julong would last."
Yao Yao only giggled at his reaction.
"Just like you said about me, Julong is also not normal and cannot be judged by normal metrics."
"I suppose you are correct."
Julong who was also astonished by his breath count could only look at the stars that had formed in his Qi Dwelling. They were beautiful and vibrant. There were just under 400 of them, 389 to be exact. It was enough to put any modern Genius to shame, with their average of 50-60 Genesis Qi Stars. Not to mention, this was only just the beginning. He still had a lot more Ancestral Dragon Will to refine, which would allow his Spirit to recuperate as he fed the Will to it, meaning he could go for another run near in the future.
Two weeks quickly passed, though it felt as if it was much longer for the two who were Cultivating. Over such time, Julong had managed to light up at least 3% of the Ancestral Dragon's body, also allowing him to increase the power of his Genesis Qi in correlation to the Dragon essence in his body. He had achieved Grade-7 World Subduing Heavenly Serpent Qi, another feat someone at his level could never even dream of achieving. In addition, thanks to this revitalising his Spirit, he made another venture into the Alpha-Origin Heaven, and once again with the help of the Ancestral Dragon Will, he was able to step into the Second Layer of the Alpha-Origin Realm, with 793 Genesis Qi Stars.
A grin came to Julong's face as his eyes finally opened. He felt on top of the world. He was certain he would be able to take on even Fifth or Sixth Layer Alpha-Origin Experts. Such power would of course bring him a feeling akin to euphoria.
