Kapitel 61: The beginning of a new chapter

Osmond's mind was flooded with darkness. He could not move his body or open his eyes. In his dream, he heard people shout.

"His fever is crazy."

"Get some buckets and towels."

"Healer, get over here."

Osmond thought he heard Fern's soft voice. "Bran, the God of medicine. To you I plead, a life lies here in need of care. Take my body and grant him health," a voice echoed.

He felt himself being lifted. A white aura surrounded him and he felt surrounded by air. He was now lying in darkness. He opened his eyes and sat up. Two women were arguing ahead in the darkness.

Osmond stood up and went to them. The first woman was blue, head to toe. The second was blue in only hair and eyes.

"He is my son," Louise shouted.

"Then why didn't you help him before?" Norma looked down at her.

Louise didn't reply to that question.

"What happened? Cat got your tongue? I was there when he called out for help, not you," Norma said.

"I know what you are trying to do," Louise shot her a look.
