Yea you leveled up sort of like video game character, because it was the best way I could think of to have you get as strong as you need to be to survive in this world. Without doing it this way, you would have found yourself in a body that has strength and reaction times that would lead you to injure yourself or die; by doing it like this, you will have a chance to get used to your new body while still getting stronger a rate that would not be possible under normal conditions. I hope that clears things up a bit for you.

I am also looking into this Level One Administrator Access that I kind of sorta gave you. I Don't Know if I did it or if it was something that Upper Management did, or maybe just a result of the Godnet tie in. Any how when I noticed it, I just thought it would give you some extra access to things on the Vlaras Global Positioning and Intergraded Information Neuro Network, like being able to see some ones hidden details. At most I thought you would be able to change the amount of credits in your account, but it looks like it is some kind of authority position as well.

Thinking that he would get little more by asking Siael more probing questions, Zeph walked over to the dark blue telapod on the street corner that Zimbo pointed out earlier. As he stepped into the telapod the ding that was quickly becoming familiar sounded in his head.

Teleporting to Telapod access point in XO's ready room in three seconds.

Blue light swirled around Zeph's body as the teleportation process began, and a felling of ice-cold lightning ran through every nerve in his body. Three seconds later Zeph was rubbing his eyes in disbelief, as he found himself in what appeared to be an officer's ready room.

The room had pure white walls and a black tile covered floor, giving it a clean but official look. a few steps away from the telapod pad he appeared on was a plush black leather couch and bookshelf. But what caught Zeph's eye was the large glass desk directly across from the couch, and the important looking man sitting behind it. Before Zeph could say anything, the man stood up pointing what looked like a strange gun at him.

"WHO the Hell are you, and How did you teleport into my ready room without my say so?"

"Uh, Recruit Zeph Demonbane Sir. I came to get a look around before I officially start training in the morning."

"Okay, that is the who, now out with the rest of the why you showed up in my ready room, and not the first-floor lobby like a normal rookie, or lookie leu." said the man that appeared to be in his late forties.

"I do not know sir; I just told the telapod down on the corner of Six hundred thirteenth street and Smith to send me to the NEHQ building. After it checked my I.D. it sent me here. I do remember it saying that I had "Direct access to all floors" after detecting my Admin level."

Lowering the strange gun the man said: "Place your hand on the scan pad located on the corner of my desk, so I can check your I.D. myself, if you please."

Walking forward Zeph placed his hand on what looked like a small version of a document scanner. A white light ran across his palm a few times, before a tiny green light in the top right corner of it lit up, indicating that the scan was done. The man behind the desked then looked as if he was reading over a document that was not visible to Zeph.

All of a sudden, a semi-transparent screen showing a list of details about himself appeared in Zeph's field of vision, with a small round cursor that indicated the section of the info the accessing party was focused on at the moment. On the left-hand side was detailed information about the person trying to access his information. Reading over it for a few seconds before speaking, Zeph made it clear that the XO could only see what he wanted him to see, as where he could see every little thing the XO had done from the moment he was born.

"Like what you see Commissioner Justin Vaughn? I guess I should congratulate you on the promotion, considering you just got it last week."

"Damn, you Administrators are scarry, and you are a Level One even. I guess it is I that should be calling you sir recruit. Please forgive me for my act of hostility towards you when you first arrived. My new recruit instructor failed to mention that we had a V.I.P. joining our ranks."

"I understand. Would that happen to be Officer Tim Westnight, by chance?"

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"He was the one that sent me the welcome V-mail that had the start time and date. He also said that I would have a rapid paced training compared to my classmates."

"You can bet your ass it is. We can not afford someone of your rank to stay a lowly recruit for long, and your assignments are way more difficult than that of a regular Nephilim Enforcement Officer, that only deal with Neph, and their failures. You sir might be called to deal with an FA, if the need arises."

"FA?"

"Fallen Angel, A.K.A. The Sons of God. I guess your generation is not one for religion now, is it? You do know that Nephilim are the offspring of angels and humans right."

"Yea, I just have never seen a real one that I know of. I lived a mostly sheltered life up till now."

"I will have to take your word on that, your records before today are completely sealed, as if they don't exist. I guess that is standard stuff for a Level One. I did see that this is your first day in this city, so I am guessing that you don't have a place to stay yet."

"No Commissioner, I was planning on asking the front desk to recommend a place close by, after I got a look around, but I ended up in your ready room. By the way what is a ready room?"

"It is like a combination of an office and break room that can be used while I am on duty. It is called a ready room because it allows me to be ready to take action should I need to while resting or talking with one of my officers in here. And seeing as you do not have a place to stay, save your money, you would be assigned a room in the first part of the day one orientation in the morning. I see no reason why I can't go ahead and assign your room to you now. I will also go ahead and have a drone bring you by your uniform and meal pass. We use a physical card to control access to the dining area used by the recruits, as there is a Neuro Net blocker installed in the floor classes are held. Although I doubt it will have any effect on your access Admin Demonbane. Just try not to cheat to much okay."

"Thanks, Commissioner."

"It is no trouble at all. You should get a pop-up message with your room number and location in just a moment. Is there anything else I can do for you, because in the morning you will be treated like any other recruit if not worse by the instructors for twelve hours. The other twelve hours of the day, they will stay far, far away from you out of fear that you might retaliate."

"Tell them to relax. I understand that it is their job to whip me into the best NEO's I can be in the fastest way possible. Beyond that, if you can get immigration to back off the food vender Zimbo on Six hundred thirteenth street."

"Sure, why though?"

"I like his food, and it reminds me of home."

"I will have to try his food some time, if it is good enough for you it has to be good. If I like it too, I will see about getting him a job here if his documents are in order. I am guessing he is an Imp of some sort based off his name. They are a mostly harmless lot, that only has a taste for profit that causes them to be a little mischievous at times."

"You got Executive Suite One! Damn, even the A.I. knows to kiss your ass Mr. Admin Level One sir. Well just be sure to be in the lobby before 06:00 in the morning and put on that uniform the drone drops off. That way I can watch the instructors panic over the sight of a Black Badge when they go to 'Shark Attack' the new batch of raw recruits."

"See you in the morning commissioner."
