God of (Mis)Fortune: Void Magus

After Sylas tragically died in a plane crash, he suddenly woke up in a foreign bed. The weird thing? His parents stood next to him and he’s still on the same planet as before.

Nothing and Everything is different at the same time, as a weird voice suddenly informs every single human on Earth that their planet will undergo an awakening. The same voice that Sylas heard right before he died in a plane crash.

Is this all just a result of a memory loss, or is there another reason? Sylas doesn’t have the time to delve into it as he needs to get stronger before his newly promoted planet gets claimed by outside forces. To make matters even worse, his mother fell into a weird coma that can only be explained with the help of magic.

With time not being on his side, Sylas has to rely on his new ability that can grant him an immense amount of fortune for a short time, but the price he has to pay for that is no small one as he will find out in the future.

Having to maneuver through yet another new world, Sylas is left completely on his own, with the threat of death constantly looming over his head.

The only thing he can say for sure is that he will either rise to be the strongest man in the universe or die off on the journey.
