Ryan left with Mr Cole, leaving just West and I alone in the house. It had gotten pretty late and I knew my mom would definitely be expecting me back. She had texted five times, and I replied back all five times saying there was an emergency over here.

"I should really head out. Tomorrow is a busy day for me." I said, grabbing my phone from where it was charging.

"Oh yeah. Your parents... meeting." He recalled, his right hand rested on one side of his neck.

Josie had been able to summon the parents of the cheer squad to discuss the competition. Withdrawing everyone from the national competition wouldn't do much for anyone. Diana was shocked at the outcome, even Trisha's parents had responded to the invitation.

"I have to re-read my whole speech and everything. This is my last chance at putting my team back together." I added, packing my hair into a high ponytail.
