The woman watched carefully as the smoke from the explosion started to recede. As the smoke dissipated, a figure became clear to her.

The slight grin on her face that appeared because her attack successfully connected started to vanish.

In front of her was not Shisan, whom she was aiming to kill, but instead, it was an afterimage that started to disappear with the smoke.

Before she could even prepare herself, another attack came for her from the side. Just as she turned around, she saw a sharp blade striking down aiming to slice her neck in one go.

"Arghhh!!!" The woman screamed in pain as she looked at Shisan with a hateful look in her eyes. She barely dodged the attack, but the blade pierced her shoulder and made a huge cut across her whole arm.

"You!!" By the time she focused on Shisan again, she was nowhere to be found. With a panicked look on her face, the woman looked around.
