So Aaron drafted out a plan of hiring 30 bakers and 30 blacksmiths, the merchant mentioned that he will continue paying his own blacksmith that will come to teach the masses here.

When put under calculation, paying these apprentices 10 silver coins each month, equaled to exactly 30 more gold coins of monthly expenses.

It isn't pretty but at least the profit these blacksmiths can bring as time passes, will gradually out match and shame any expense spent on them.

That specified, hiring 30 bakers doesn't come cheap either but at least, cheaper.
