Kapitel 43: Traitor's Punishment

After taking her soul and storing it within me, I turned to her body. A stream of mana shot from my hand. It turned to a blazing flame and consumed everything she wore and all of her blood that filled the floor. I needed nothing that she had. I needed nothing that was tainted by a traitor.

I turned back around to Paun. "Thanks, without you, we both would have been straight down to hell."

He sighed. "Yeah, that was stupid of you. I used to do the same thing as you with the elves who were my tribemates, but they betrayed me in the end. I want to find them. That is my real goal. I want to kill them if any of them are still alive. I never saw them in hell."

I nodded. "I'm disappointed in myself as well. I definitely did something stupid. I will learn from this mistake and I will definitely grant your wish. If we ever find those elves, you can kill them and I will take their souls as punching bags for you to enjoy for all time."

He grinned. "That sounds really nice. I can't wait."
