Kapitel 50: Cryo-Chamber

The week passed in a blur. With nothing else to do, Talon threw himself into training.

The sim pods became his escape. The tough, randomly simulated environments and the steady flow of other eliminated supers needing practice pushed him to his limits.

Talon made sure to hold himself back to the initial soldier stage during training. Winning with his full strength and speed felt good, but he knew it wouldn't help him improve if it was too easy.

He was getting better every day. Sometimes, he wondered just how far he could go if he kept training like this, coming back in time over and over. How strong could he become?

"Focus on the now," he muttered to himself. "Who knows? Maybe I won't even have to reset again."

Most of his training was with Jason and Kieran. Their frustration from the tournament slowly shifted into determination.

Together, they pushed each other, each small improvement making a difference.
