Kapitel 29: Chapter 28
2 Months later
"Ayeshaaa!"I said as tears threatened to escape my eyes, "Why are you abandoning me,when i need you the most you decide to leave me??"I said as tears managed to escape my eyes.
"Oh come on I will visit you almost everyday like i do ,i will come to your important events and I will be there to cheer you on ...I am just not being your manager .My business is doing well so i need to be hands on ,we are still sisters you know ?" she said as she hugged me.
"I am so used to seeing you by my side everyday ,I will miss you fussing about me going to work and you organising everything for me and making sure i have eaten and everything of mine is organised ,"I said as more tears escaped my eyes and i hugged her tighter.
"I swear you make it seem like i'm dying but look on the bright side you have Nobuhle ," she said .
"I am just going to miss you ."
"Your boobs feel weird ,"Ayesha said as she touched them.
"Aissh what are you doing ," I said as I covered my breasts pouting.
"Weird but anyways Anashe I need to go now I have some work to do for the big opening ,see you maybe later tonight for dinner ,"She said as she walked out ,i waved at her and just went to get ready as i also had some work to do.
I got ready and made my way to the office and did some catch up with e-mails ,had a video conference with Rose and Jessi discussing the design ideas and re-visiting some designs and attended a meeting with a client who i was giving legal advice .
"Anashe ?" Nobuhle said as she popped her head into my office ,"Yes Nono?"
"It's lunch now and I had gone over some dresses and outfits for your interview in the Morning Show , do you want to check them out ?"
"Uh I trust your decision so decide something for me I kinda have an appointment to attend to ,please don't forget to eat lunch and uhm did you find the camera i needed ?" I asked her as i packed my bag getting ready for the appointment.
"I won't forget my lunch and yeah got it, it will be delivered to you in some few weeks," she said.
"Thanks a lot ," I said.
I was driven to my appointment most of my famous life activities are taken care of by my agency ,some things pass by me but some are decided for me .So for a while now I will be doing things here and there with my agency supporting me ,I refused taking more acting contracts as i was busy with the movie release things have been hectic .It's interviews after interviews ,photo shoots after photo shoots and also advertising and modelling .
The cardi B x Jimin OST song produced by Suga is a hit and has been played in many radios and toppled the internet over .The movie did great as it performed outstandingly well considering all the features of other celebrities ,what a marketing strategy.
I got to the studio and i went over some scripts for the advertisement i was doing ,I rehearsed and was helped here and there .I was going to be doing an advertisement shoot for Ayesha's new line ,it was the least i could do .After the rehearsals i went to have lunch as i was having lunch i felt sick and couldn't finish lunch so i left and then went to finish off some work pertaining to the JxAxR designs .
Later after I went to the restaurant Ayesha had agreed to meet me at ,we ordered some food talking about her launch and new line but as i was eating i felt sick again ,I rushed to the toilet and puked my guts out . "Are you okay?" Ayesha asked as she had followed me and was rubbing my back. "Are you sick ,drunk or are you undergoing anorexia nervosa?" she asked sounding concerned.
"I don't feel good at all i think i am sick ,"I said sitting on the floor as my strength seemed to lessen and i felt my breathing become shallow.
"Anashe you don't look good ,we need to get to the doctor ."
"I am going to be fine ,i just want to go home," I said trying to stand.
"Anashe you know that if you are having problems you need to call your doctor ,you look sick ,your legs are swollen and your stomach looks bloated ,extremely and hard ,I am calling your doctor," Ayesha said as she got her phone .I tried talking but i felt dizzy and i felt chest pains ,I felt breathless .
"Anashe..Anashe,"Ayesha said but her voice was becoming low as my sight disappeared and I fainted.
I woke up to sounds of machines ,I opened my eyes to a bright light .I looked around and I was in hospital ,my throat was dry and I felt really tired. As I was looking around Ayesha walked in looked stressed and worried,she looked my way and saw me awake ,her eyes widened and she quickly exited the room and came back later with the doctor .
"Anashe is awake," she said pointing at me ,she came by my side and held my hand . "Ayesha," I said as I tried getting up . She helped me sit up and the doctor examined me ,
"How are you feeling ?"The doctor asked me
"I feel tired but I feel better than before,"I said.
"Anashe we ran some tests which will be back later but we noticed that your symptoms became severe but we put you on some oxygen therapy you should feel better," she said smiling at me .
"I do feel better what could have caused my symptoms to become severe?" I asked.
"We are still trying to find out as soon as the results are out we will inform you," the doctor said .
"So I am fine what time is it?" I asked.
"It's 4am ,"Ayesha replied smiling lightly.
"What??I have an interview today ," i said .
"Yes you do but you need to rest ,"Ayesha said.
"Yeah i will after this interview if I don't people will assume things and some will start digging up information," I said.
"Anashe you need to rest we do not know what caused all this the least we would want to do is put your life at risk ,"the doctor said.
"But doctor you said I am doing well ,it's just a 30 -45 min interview if anything happens I will come back ," I said.
After reasoning and promising the doctor let me go ,I was driven by Ayesha home to freshen up
"An ambulance wheeled you out of the restaurant last night people are questioning and talking ,"Ayesha said .
"I can see that what do we do?"
"Well normally your manager should help you but i will give you some advice Just say it was food allergy talk to your manager about that and come up with a story," Ayesha said .
"Thanks," I said huggng Ayesha.
"What for?"
"For being there with me and even sleeping in the hospital with me ,I love you," I said .
"What are sisters for ?" she asked hugging me back.
She also freshened up and we went to the studio for the morning show and she helped me get ready for the interview with Nobuhle,I discussed with my new manager and she liked the idea and helped me with my story .We started shooting,it was a live morning show interview and they asked me about my life after the sequel TRIL and then they asked about the incident at the restaurant .
"I can see my incident at the restaurant is trending but don't worry guys I am good ,I was so tired I ordered food without specifying what I was allergic to and in the dish i ordered was Soy and I am allergic to Soy luckily i had meds but they were responding slowly hence the ambulances and stuff but I am recovering well ,it's not so bad ,"I said trying to sound convincing .
We wrapped up the interview ,Ayesha took me home and she immediately put me onto my oxygen therapy .My doctor had told me that my results were out and we should come to the hospital ,we drove there and got to the doctor's office .
"Well the results are out ,I ruled your case as an emergency so they did run some tests and here are the results ,"The doctor said opening an envelope.
"What do the results say?"Ayesha asked pressing my hand for comfort .
"Well congratulations Anashe you are 2 months pregnant," The doctor said smiling warmly .
"What?!"I asked staring at the doctor wishing she would say she was joking .
"Yes you are ,"the doctor said .
"She is pregnant?"Ayesha asked as if in the same frenzy as me .
"We are pregnant ,"she repeated looking at me for assurance .
"We are?"
