Kapitel 191: Use your rival's weakness against them

Lilin's POV: 

I was on the verge of losing my mind after I heard what he said. "I should snatch the powers from others who have it? But how is that even possible to do? It is impossible to snatch others' strengths. All we can do is destroy it."

Hage smiled and said, "This is exactly your problem, Lilin. You always look for a complicated route in everything—while the answer to your problem is actually a simple one."

Hage then opened another grey wine bottle that was on the counter and filled his empty glass. "You don't necessarily have to make yourself stronger if you want to win. If you make your enemy weak, then you will eventually be the stronger one!" 

He paused and gulped the grey wine down his throat. I almost lost count on how many glasses he drank. It must be at least ten! Still, he was not a bit affected by the intoxicant. All glory goes to the shapeshifting power in him!
