Kapitel 183: Shock

Marcella looked closely at the bottom of the door. There was a gap and through the gap, she could see a dark shadow. 

Someone was standing behind the door!

Her heart started to pound. As if the danger she was in was not apparent, now, she had definite proof. She walked steadily forward and noticed the shadow under the door getting darker.

It must be Mark Paulo. 

He called her and was lying in wait for her. She looked at the gates. Henry was still not there. She could only sigh. It was stupid of her to rush here without having any backup plan. 

When she heard Tony's life was in danger, she rushed here without thinking twice. 

Heh! 

She took a side step and took another look at the front yard. This time, she walked along the porch to have a good look behind the hedges.
