I got a job at some place that's a horror attraction. I don't know why I got the job, though. I already had a perfectly stable job. I guess something just attracted me to the job offer.
After just one night at the attraction, it seems like it will be an easy job. I just have to make sure everything is working, watch the cameras for intruders, and stuff like that. Apparently, the attraction is based off of a pizzeria chain that has a really popular urban legend based around it. At least, I hope it's just an urban legend, from what I've heard.
After getting to the building for my second day on the job, I walk into my office. It's amazing how authentic they made this place look, in my opinion. And I don't even know what the original looked like! Or, if I did, I don't remember.
The guy on the phone told me that they "found one?" I wonder what that could mean. I look at the cameras and notice a decaying bunny animatronic with silver eyes on camera number ten. Something about it looks familiar to me. Suddenly, I remember something. I see the man from the picture, putting on a newer-looking version of the suit that I was looking at. I then snap back into reality and realize that this is the only other person (that is, if it even is a person.) I've seen that might know where my family is. I try to get up and run to the location that the bunny is at, but I can't get up. It's almost as if something is keeping me here.
At six a.m. I am finally able to get up, and I try to go to the last location that I had seen the bunny. But something was also keeping me from going anywhere inside the building, except the exit on camera number one and the security office.
The next night shift, I try to explore through the location again, but something is still keeping me from going anywhere inside the building, except the exit on camera number one and the security office.
Two days and one night pass, and it's my final night for the week. I am disappointed that I was unable to question the animatronic, or whatever it was. Oh well, my life is getting close to its end anyway. What's the point of remembering, if I don't have much time left to remember?
About a day after I finish my first week, I notice on the news that the horror attraction burned down. Supposedly, due to faulty wiring. Well, looks like I need a new job.
