Han Xuelian's grip loosened immediately without a word and he released Chi Cheng from his embrace.

"Senior Chi, what did you tell him?" The juniors asked with interest, but the former Celestial Beast only winked teasingly at him. "Han Qirong," he called one of the two tallest and oldest senior ice disciples. "Can I borrow your hair tie? I'll replace it later."

Han Qirong gladly removed his black hair tie which drew his hair into a ponytail, handing it over to the former Celestial Beast.

Chi Cheng tied it around Han Xuelian's left wrist and then to his right wrist, making the taller male trot after him as he departed from the training courtyard.

The Grandmaster drunkenly followed, stumbling every now and then and slowing Chi Cheng down. The former Celestial Beast released a huff of breath as they finally arrived at Han Xuelian's chambers.
