Kapitel 57: Will this is something

Later that day Ritsuka active the Harem system, and went to harem member and check on Medusa icon

[ Name: Medusa

Level: 80

Love: 10/10

Lust: 4/10

Notes: do to her not being Curropted by the grail anymore, she has change and it looks like for the better host, she now loves the host in a

more loving way ]

Ritsuka just looked at the system. "I am supirse that Love and lust can just switch like that".

Ritsuka stared at the screen, feeling a mix of curiosity and awkwardness. "I mean... it's not every day you see something like that change so drastically." He scratched the back of his head, trying to make sense of it all. "I didn't even know it was possible for her to switch from that level of aggression to something… more gentle."

He scrolled through the Harem System, looking at Medusa's stats again, and sighed. "So, she really did change, huh? Not just physically but emotionally too." He paused, feeling the weight of the transformation on his shoulders. "It's a lot to take in. I'm glad she's happier, but I wasn't expecting her feelings to grow this strong so quickly."

The love level at 10/10 caught his eye again, and he let out a soft chuckle. "Medusa, of all people, huh? If someone told me this would happen a while back, I probably wouldn't have believed it."

He continued speaking to himself. "But still… love and lust switching like that? Does that mean she's completely focused on a deeper connection now?"

Ritsuka shook his head, trying to shake off the odd feeling of analyzing someone's feelings through a system like this. "Guess I'll just have to talk to her and figure out where we go from here. It's not like I can rely on the system for everything. Feelings are way more complicated than numbers on a screen."

He closed the system and got up, deciding that a conversation with Medusa would be the best way to understand her better. After all, the system could tell him a lot, but it couldn't replace the real, meaningful conversations they could have.

With that, Ritsuka left his room, determined to check on Medusa personally.

The system then spoke to him

[ You know just be happy you have another harem member, that is not as horny as creator (Kama), you got lucky again, what is your luck stat right big ]

Ritsuka stopped in his tracks as the system's voice echoed in his mind, sarcastically pointing out his situation. He let out a deep sigh, feeling both amused and slightly annoyed.

"Yeah, yeah, I know," Ritsuka muttered under his breath. "Lucky me, right? Another harem member who's not constantly trying to jump me."

He then opened the system again, this time checking his luck stat, half-expecting it to be something ridiculous.

[ Luck Stat: A++ ]

Ritsuka blinked. "A++? Seriously?" He rubbed his temples. "That explains way too much. No wonder all this stuff keeps happening to me."

The system chimed in again.

[ Exactly. With that kind of luck, you should expect even more harem members to flock to you. Or, you know, just more chaos in general. But hey, at least Kama hasn't corrupted Medusa with her... desires. Count that as a win, Master. ]

Ritsuka groaned, shaking his head. "Yeah, I'll take that small victory. But seriously, can I get a break at some point? This harem thing isn't exactly easy to deal with."

[ No breaks. Just more luck, more girls, and more 'fun'. ]

Ritsuka sighed. "Great. Just what I needed. Thanks, system."

He closed the system window, still processing everything, and headed off to check on Medusa, knowing that his crazy luck was likely to bring even more surprises in the near future.

Ritsuka just sigehd. "So me my stats so far I don't think I have leveled up".

[ Current Stats:

- Level: 26

- Strength: 153

- Endurance: 144

- Agility: 149

- Mana: 170

- Luck: 130

- Charisma: 160

- Wisdom: 155

- Lust: 86

- Harem Points: 500 (Redeemable for skills, items, or special abilities) ]

Ritsuka just looked at the system. "Why do you some times show my stats as numberd a s some times letter"

The system responded with its usual nonchalant tone:

[ Well, Master, I like to keep things... dynamic. Sometimes it's more fun to show your stats as numbers to keep track of your exact progress. Other times, I use letters when it's more about general performance. Also, it keeps you on your toes! ]

Ritsuka raised an eyebrow. "Right, 'fun' for who exactly? Because I'm not exactly enjoying the inconsistency."

[ Oh, come on, Master. Just think of it as part of your grand adventure. Plus, with stats like yours, you're doing just fine. That Luck stat is carrying you more than you know. ]

Ritsuka rolled his eyes. "Yeah, well, I wouldn't mind a little less chaos, to be honest. Can't you just standardize this for me? It's easier to keep track of."

[ Hmm... let's see. For you, Master? Sure, I'll switch to numbers for your convenience. From now on, all stats will be in numerical format. ]

The system paused for a moment, then displayed a new message.

[ And just for your info, with 500 Harem Points, you can unlock some interesting skills or items. Just saying. ]

Ritsuka sighed again. "I'll think about it. For now, let's stick to figuring out this mess with Medusa and the others."

[ As you wish, Master. But don't forget those Harem Points. You never know when you might need a new skill or item in your... unique situation. ]

Ritsuka just looked at the system. "So did I get any new skills from Medusa"

[ Yeah sure

Stones Eyes: It allows the user to use Medusa legendary gaze to turn anyone or anything she looks at to stone, the affective Ness deprndes on the Enemy Magical resistance

Pegasus: Summons 4 angelic wings, it allows the user too fly and combined with other skill Like Arrow of the heart or fire of the heart or your other more attack type skill, it can make you long ranger fighter

Chains of the Gorgon: allows you to summon Changes that Medusa use, it allows allows you to summon her Scythe when she was in her Alter form, the chains get stronger the more you and Medusa bond is higher

Hiper speed: Increase host speed ]

Ritsuka glanced over the list of new skills displayed by the system, feeling both impressed and overwhelmed. "These are pretty powerful," he muttered. "Especially that Pegasus ability... I could combine it with my other ranged skills and cover a lot of ground."

The system responded:

[ You've definitely gained some solid skills here, Master. That Chains of the Gorgon is especially useful, especially once your bond with Medusa increases. The chains can evolve, you know. ]

Ritsuka raised an eyebrow. "Evolve? As in, they'll get even stronger?"

[ Yup! The stronger your relationship with Medusa, the more powerful the chains become. So, make sure to keep that connection strong! Plus, don't forget her Stone Eyes—could be a game-changer in tough battles. ]

Ritsuka nodded, considering the new additions. "Alright, I'll have to train with these skills soon. But for now, I should get back to Chaldea's tasks."

[ Good thinking. And remember, Master, you've got a lot more potential left to unlock. Keep those Harem Points in mind for more upgrades. ]

Ritsuka smirked. "You and your Harem Points obsession... fine, I'll keep them in mind. For now, though, let's focus on the bigger picture."

Ritsuka then started to walk, he had something to do, he went to the infermary of Chaldea as he saw on the bed was Kadoc, Kirshtaria, Pepe, Daybit, Ophelia, Olga and Beryl, Dr Romani looked at him

Dr Romani just looked at Him. "So Ritsuka, here to work your magic"

Ritsuka activeted Love touch. "Yeah, I can atlest try"

He went to Kadoc first, as he saw Anastasia holding his hand, as Ritsuka activated his skill Kadoc started to heal as his eyes open, as Anastasia holded him as he jolt away, Ritsuka then did trh Same for Kirshtaria, Daybit, Pepe, And Ophelia will when Ophelia woke up her burns were gone and she kissed him as he kissed her back, then he went o Beryl.

Ritsuka looked at Beryl. "Alright Beryl, time to heal you"

As he activated Loves touch but noting happened, so he tryed again but noting happend he tryed again and again but noting happened, but then he saw a notification

[ love touch doesn't work on someone that has hurt a member of your harem ]

Ritsuka stopped and looked at the screen only he can see and spoke in his mind. "But who, Morgan was summon, I just met Medusa, Olga is the director, Kama has been with from day 1 sense I got the system, it can't be Ophelia.... MASH".

Ritsuka had put the dot together, how Mash acted around him, how things was and how it happened, anger ranged on him as unknowingly he activated

[ Atority Of The Beast: Nega desire has been effected, Beryl desire to live has been erased ]

As then Beryl went flat line, this not what Ritsuka wanted... Right? But deem down Ritsuka felt something Joy? He just looked at the Beryl machine that stopped working signifying his death

Dr Romani Looked At Ritsuka. "What happened"

Ritsuka looked at him and stared to lye. "I tryed my best my Beryl condition was too far"

Dr Romani just sighed and gave Ritsuka a smile. "It is ok you got eveyrone else back from... Will Death?".

Ritsuka stood there, his heart racing as he processed what had just happened. Beryl's flatline echoed in his ears, a chilling reminder of the fragility of life. His hands trembled slightly, the weight of his hidden anger and the dark thrill of that power overwhelming him.

Dr. Romani, still watching him, seemed to sense a shift in the air. "Ritsuka, are you alright? You look... troubled."

Ritsuka forced a smile, trying to mask his emotions. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just... thinking about how precious life is." He stepped away from the bed, trying to distance himself from the reality of Beryl's death.

As he moved to the door, he felt a tug in his heart, a conflicting wave of emotions. Beryl had been an enemy, but hadn't he just wanted to save everyone? He couldn't shake the feeling that something deep inside him had changed, something darker that he had unknowingly unleashed.

"Ritsuka," Dr. Romani called after him, concern lacing his voice. "You need to talk about this. It's important to process your feelings. Don't bottle them up."

Ritsuka paused, contemplating the doctor's words. He felt the pull of his friends, the harem, and the missions they had yet to face. "I know, Dr. Romani. I'll handle it," he said, but even to himself, the words felt hollow.

As he stepped outside, he noticed Mash waiting, her eyes wide with concern. "Senpai, are you okay?"

Ritsuka forced another smile. "Yeah, I'm just... dealing with some things." He didn't mention Beryl. He didn't want to think about it. Not now.

Mash tilted her head, sensing the heaviness in his voice. "You know you can talk to me, right? I'm here for you."

"Thanks, Mash. I appreciate it. Really." He turned to walk down the corridor, the fluorescent lights casting stark shadows against the walls.

As he walked, the guilt gnawed at him. He had saved so many but failed to save one. That thought lingered like a shadow, making him wonder about the true cost of his powers and the path he was walking. He could feel the darkness tugging at him, urging him to embrace it more fully.

Suddenly, the system chimed in his mind, breaking the oppressive silence:

[ Warning: Negative emotional feedback detected. Recommend mental health check-in. ]

Ritsuka grimaced, pushing the intrusive thoughts aside. He focused instead on the mission ahead. He had to move forward.

"Okay," he muttered to himself, "time to focus. Let's see what's next."

As he headed toward the main hall, he resolved to speak with his harem about everything, to share his burdens and not hide behind smiles. They were a team, after all, and they'd face whatever challenges lay ahead together.

Little did he know, the repercussions of his actions—both good and bad—would ripple through Chaldea and beyond, leading to confrontations that would challenge not just his strength but also his ideals.

Kapitel 58: What Are Beast

Ritsuka then search for Kama and pulled her to a room. "What is Nega Desire"

Kama blinke as she relsied he used that skill. "It my skill as a Beast Of Humanity"

Ritsuka just looked at her. "Yeah what is a Beast Of Humanity"

Kama just looked at Him. "If I tryed to explain you find will explode, so System Explain"

Ritsuka saw the Blue, white and Purple System screen as he saw the message

[ The Beasts of the Counter Force are comprised of Evils of Humanity. They are evils born from "the karma produced by humanity's progress." There are two categories: beings oppressed/persecuted by humanity, and beings used by humanity for oppression/persecution.

Henry Jekyll, having explored the idea of separating good and evil in humans, posits that the evils of humanity are intrinsic to humans and cannot be separated from them. Rather than the seven sins cleansed by the messiah, the evils of humanity are fundamental to human nature itself. Jekyll believes the evil within humans cannot be defeated, and humans cannot run away from the evil. As humans cannot cast away their intelligence, they are unable to cast away evil. Though humanity is aware of its tragic end, the evil is an unstoppable impulse that cannot be separated due to that very intelligence.

Beasts possess a unique ability to forcibly erode the space around them, transforming their surroundings into something else. This even takes effect within a Reality Marble

Too dum it down for the Host, Beats Are Creatures of Sin]

Ritsuka furrowed his brow as he processed the system's explanation. "So, you're saying that Beasts are basically manifestations of humanity's darkest aspects?"

Kama nodded, a serious expression crossing her face. "Yes. I embody one of those evils. The Nega Desire is a reflection of that, amplifying negative feelings and desires. It can be destructive, depending on who wields it and the intentions behind it."

Ritsuka leaned against the wall, rubbing his temples. "So, what I felt when Beryl... died? That was Nega Desire?"

Kama glanced away, her eyes clouded with thoughts. "It seems so. The ability can heighten emotions to a dangerous level, especially in someone already under stress. You're not just feeling anger; you're amplifying it. And if you're not careful, that can lead to... darker paths."

Ritsuka sighed, frustration bubbling within him. "I didn't want that. I just wanted to save everyone, but instead..." He shook his head, trying to clear the chaotic thoughts.

Kama stepped closer, her voice softer now. "Ritsuka, you need to understand that having this power doesn't mean you're destined to become a monster. You have control. The choices you make define who you are, not the abilities you possess."

He looked into her eyes, seeking reassurance. "But what if I lose control? What if I hurt someone I care about?"

Kama placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "That's a risk we all face. Emotions are powerful, and it's easy to be swept away by them. But remember, you're not alone. You have us—your harem, your friends—to help you stay grounded."

Ritsuka nodded, trying to believe her words. "I guess I have to be more mindful of my emotions. I can't let this power define me."

The air felt heavy with unspoken words, but Ritsuka took a deep breath, pushing aside the shadows that loomed in his mind. "I need to learn how to control this power better. If I'm going to lead everyone, I can't let fear or anger take over."

Kama smiled, her eyes sparkling with encouragement. "That's the spirit. Acknowledging your feelings is the first step. If you ever feel overwhelmed, just come to me or anyone else in your harem. We'll help you through it."

"Thanks, Kama," he said, feeling a surge of warmth at her support. "I'll make sure to reach out if I need help."

As they shared a moment of understanding, the weight of the world felt a little lighter. Ritsuka knew he had challenges ahead, but with his friends by his side, he felt a renewed sense of determination.

"Alright," Ritsuka said, straightening up. "Let's focus on the mission. We have a lot of work to do."

Kama nodded, her playful demeanor returning. "Lead the way, Senpai. And remember, I'm always here to keep you from going overboard. Just don't make me regret it."

With a shared smile, they exited the room, ready to face whatever awaited them in Chaldea, armed with the knowledge that even the darkest parts of themselves could be understood, controlled, and transformed into something positive.

Ritsuka looked at Kama. "What is your sin"

Kama just looked at him. "The sin I represent is Lust my dear Ritsuka"

Ritsuka just looked at her. "The Goddes of Love and Lust has the sin of Lust, yeah makes sense"

[ As I have said just she is horny as fuck for you ]

Ritsuka sighed, shaking his head at the system's blunt remark. "Yeah, that tracks," he muttered.

Kama smirked, leaning in a little closer. "It's not just about physical desire, you know. Lust can mean many things—craving, longing, obsession. It's the drive that can lead someone to seek what they truly desire, for better or worse."

Ritsuka glanced at her, still processing. "I guess it's more complex than I thought. Lust isn't just... one thing."

Kama nodded. "Exactly. It can push people to their limits, but it can also help them grow. It all depends on how they handle it. In my case, it's part of who I am, but it doesn't define everything about me." She gave him a teasing smile. "Though, when it comes to you, I can't say I'm not a little... focused."

Ritsuka laughed awkwardly. "Yeah, I've noticed."

[ Focused is an understatement. Let's just say, host, she's got her eyes on the prize. You might want to watch out for her... enthusiasm. ]

Kama playfully rolled her eyes at the system's comment. "Don't worry, Ritsuka. I'll try to behave... mostly."

Ritsuka sighed again, but there was a warmth to his expression. "I'll take what I can get."

Ritsuka then looked at Kama. "But what ever happens, I don't want I become someone i hate, especially by using Nega desire"

Kama just looked at him, and with a smile she kissed him before she spoke. "Your a good person Darling, never change never change, and your first harem member and first wife I will make sure of that"

Ritsuka felt the warmth of Kama's kiss, and her words sank deep into his mind. He looked into her eyes, feeling a strange sense of reassurance. "Thanks, Kama. I'll hold onto that," he replied softly.

She smiled at him, her usual sultry demeanor softened by a rare sincerity. "I know you'll find a way to handle all of this, without losing yourself. And you'll have us by your side to make sure you stay the way you are."

Ritsuka nodded, feeling the weight of his responsibilities, but also the strength of his bonds with those around him. "I just don't want to become... like Beryl or anyone who abuses their power."

Kama placed a hand on his chest. "You're not like them. You have the power to change things, but you also care about people. That's what makes the difference, Ritsuka. You've got your head and heart in the right place."

He smiled, feeling a little lighter. "I'll try to keep it that way."

Kama leaned in close, whispering in his ear. "And I'll be here to make sure you don't forget... especially about your first wife part." She winked, her playful tone returning.

Ritsuka chuckled, feeling a mixture of amusement and affection. "Yeah, I'm sure you will."

Later that day with Medusa, as Medusa was just looking at Ritsuka as she was blushing

Ritsuka just looked at her. "Um what is wrong Medusa"

Medusa just looked away embraced. "I am still thinking on what my alter self said to you"

Ritsuka scratched the back of his head, feeling a little awkward. "Oh, that..." He paused, not entirely sure how to respond, but noticing Medusa's deep blush and how she kept fidgeting. "I mean, you don't have to worry about it. You're not that version of yourself anymore."

Medusa turned her gaze back to him, still flushed but with a bit more resolve in her eyes. "I know... but I can't help feeling embarrassed. The way I acted as my Alter form—it's like a part of me that was... unrestrained. And I said things that I never would now."

Ritsuka tried to reassure her. "It wasn't really you though. That version of you was influenced by the Grail, right? Your feelings now are what matter, not what you said back then."

Medusa bit her lip. "I understand that, Master, but..." She paused, clutching the edge of her dress nervously. "Some of those feelings—what I said—weren't entirely false. My Alter form simply expressed them in a... less subtle way."

Ritsuka blinked, trying to process her words. "Wait... so, you mean you do feel something like that, even now?"

Her face turned a deeper shade of red as she avoided his gaze again, clearly flustered. "Not exactly like that... I mean, I don't want to turn you into... that," she stammered, recalling the part about making him her 'sex toy,' which still made her want to disappear from embarrassment. "But..." she trailed off, looking at him shyly. "I do... care for you, Ritsuka. A lot. And I want to be close to you. But in a way that... that's more gentle. And meaningful."

Ritsuka felt his heart skip a beat at her confession. Medusa's usually calm and composed demeanor had melted into something so vulnerable and sincere that it caught him off guard. "Medusa..." He started to say something, but words failed him for a moment. Instead, he walked over to her, gently taking her hand in his.

Medusa looked up at him, surprised by the gesture, her breath catching in her throat.

"I care about you too," Ritsuka said softly, squeezing her hand gently. "And whatever feelings you have, we'll work through them together. You don't have to feel embarrassed about anything."

Medusa blinked, her heart racing as she held his hand. "You... really mean that?" she asked, her voice quieter now, almost trembling.

Ritsuka nodded, smiling warmly at her. "Of course. We're a team, Medusa. And more than that... we're friends. Whatever happens, I'll always be here for you."

Medusa's blush deepened, and for a moment, she was speechless. Her mind raced, but there was also a sense of calm washing over her. It felt like a weight had been lifted from her shoulders. "Thank you, Master..." she whispered, her voice barely audible. She slowly leaned closer, resting her forehead gently against his chest.

Ritsuka felt his face heat up slightly, but he didn't pull away. Instead, he wrapped an arm around her in a comforting gesture, holding her close. "You're welcome."

The two stayed like that for a moment, the silence between them filled with a comfortable warmth.

After a while, Medusa pulled back slightly, her face still red but with a soft smile on her lips. "I... I'm still getting used to these feelings, but I think I'll be alright. As long as you don't mind me being... a little shy sometimes."

Ritsuka chuckled softly. "I don't mind at all. You're perfect the way you are, Medusa."

Her eyes widened at his words, and for the first time in a long while, Medusa felt truly at peace. "Thank you, Master..." she repeated, her voice filled with gratitude.

As the day went on, Medusa found herself staying close to Ritsuka, the shy glances she gave him filled with more affection. And though she still blushed whenever she remembered what her Alter self had said, she knew now that her feelings for Ritsuka were much deeper than any fleeting desire.

They were the kind of feelings that would grow stronger over time—built on trust, respect, and a love that she hoped, one day, would truly be returned.

Ritsuka then smell's something, as he looked at Medusa. "Hey Medusa do you smell that, I don't know how to describe it is sweet like maybe strawberry but also kinda sickening but like in a good away"

Medusa relsihe as she looked even more embarrassed. "Oh no"

Ritsuka looked at her. "Are you producing it by your self, I mean you are Phantasmal Beast so it makes sense, and you are a minor goddess"

Medusa just looked at Ritsuka. "I um yes, but um what are you doing"

Ritsuka was smelling as he looked at her. "Smell's nice"

Medusa looked at him. "... Nice, I wonder when was the last time I heard that"

Ritsuka blinked, realizing the situation as Medusa's words sank in. He pulled back a bit, sensing her embarrassment, but also a deep vulnerability in her voice. "Wait, sorry if that was weird," he said, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly. "I just... it caught me off guard. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."

Medusa glanced at him, her cheeks still flushed, but there was a small, soft smile on her lips. "No, it's alright, Master. It's just... something I've always been self-conscious about. The scent—it's a natural part of me, like you said, because of my nature as a Phantasmal Beast and goddess. But in the past... it wasn't always received well."

Ritsuka frowned slightly, realizing what she meant. "People didn't like it?"

She nodded, her eyes lowering. "Many found it unsettling, or they didn't understand it. It's not exactly something that a lot of people would describe as 'nice.' It's tied to my mystic energy as a Gorgon, so it's not always... pleasant for others."

Ritsuka shook his head, taking a step closer to her again. "Well, I think it smells nice," he said sincerely, looking directly into her eyes. "I'm not just saying that either. I mean it."

Medusa blinked in surprise at his words, her heart skipping a beat. "You really think so?" she asked quietly, her voice filled with a mixture of disbelief and cautious hope.

Ritsuka nodded, his expression gentle. "Yeah, I really do. It's unique, like you. And I think it's something that makes you special, not something to be embarrassed about."

Medusa felt a warmth spreading in her chest as she stared at him. His words were so genuine, and for the first time in a long time, she felt truly seen—accepted for who she was. "Thank you, Master..." she whispered, her voice trembling slightly with emotion.

Ritsuka smiled softly. "Anytime, Medusa. You don't have to hide anything from me, alright? I like you for who you are—every part of you."

Medusa felt her face flush even more, but this time it wasn't just from embarrassment. It was from a deep, growing affection for the man standing before her. Her heart raced, and for a brief moment, she wondered how someone could be so kind—so understanding.

"I'll... try to remember that," she said softly, her voice barely audible. Then, almost without thinking, she took a step closer to him, her hand gently brushing against his. "I'll try to be more comfortable... with myself, as long as you're by my side."

Ritsuka's heart fluttered as he looked down at her hand touching his, and he felt a surge of warmth and protectiveness wash over him. "I'm not going anywhere, Medusa," he said quietly. "You can count on that."

Medusa's smile grew a little wider, her eyes shining with a mixture of gratitude and something deeper—something she was still coming to terms with. But in that moment, she felt more at ease than she had in centuries.

Perhaps, with Ritsuka by her side, she could finally start to accept herself completely.
