Kapitel 250: What Should Have Been a Private Conversation...

George was taking a compulsory three day rest at home in an attempt to hold the promise that he made to both, his parents and his very pregnant and very anxious wife. 

It was the evening of that first day, and Cynthia who had disappeared after playtime with John in the afternoon was asleep in their room now. But George was keen on putting on the show whether she was around or wasn't. In order to prove to everybody – especially his lovely wife – that he was serious about resting to his heart's content, he stayed in his full pajamas all day long and walked around the house in them.

He was in the piano room when the closed door was finally knocked.

*Knock! Knock!*

As per usual, though he knocked twice before walking in, Robert didn't feel like he needed his son's permission to enter. He closed the door behind him and walked over to the window where George was standing and admiring the view of the bright moon.
