A falling ocean of blood, accompanied by grand spikes fell, facing a singular arrow of pure green flames that seemed to engulf the entirety of the land.
Phoenix and meteor met.
BOOOOOOOOOOOM!
{Disperse.}
The blood in the skies dissipated, giving a clear path to Adonis' arrow.
Atreus' pupils widened, time seemingly slowing down as he stared death right in the eyes.
His life flashed before his eyes but just as he accepted a bitter death, the arrow stopped, a wall of flames standing mere inches away from him as the as its tip burnt a mark onto his chest that let blood out.
Adonis looked up.
"Do you give up?" He asked as a platform of ice elevated him to face the floating Atreus.
The latter looked at him through the wall of flames that separated them with disbelief.
"I…."
"Do you?"
"…"
He sighed and his wheel vanished.
"I do."
Adonis ignored the deafening cheers that erupted and nodded.
