Kapitel 68: The Prophesied Sorcerer

Alaric's steps halted at the edge of a narrow path cutting through the thick forest. Towering trees formed a dark canopy, shrouding the road beneath. In the distance, he spotted a village not marked on any map. It looked ancient, with simple wooden houses and thin wisps of smoke rising from the chimneys. Seemingly isolated from the outside world, the village was wrapped in an eerie silence, stirring a mix of suspicion and intrigue in Alaric.

"Not on the map? Interesting," he muttered, a small smile forming. "This should be an easy adventure."

As he approached the village gate, the residents began to gather, their gazes filled with admiration. They whispered amongst themselves, and the atmosphere quickly shifted. An old man with a long gray beard hurried toward him, his eyes shining.

"The prophesied sorcerer! He has arrived!" the old man exclaimed, pointing excitedly at Alaric.
