Yuki meanwhile, had grown a lot in the last month. After all, she was a Dire Wolf. Not to mention, familiar's grow depending on their master's strength.
Since they are bound to their master's evil piece, as their master grows strong, so does the familiar. It's like she would be much stronger than the normal Dire Wolf once she grew up.
At the moment, she had grown to the size of a large dog. Her head easily came up to Asia's chest when she was on all fours. As well as she started to exhibit magical traits she didn't have bore, nor her mother. Shin and Asia both started to notice that Yuki was always cold to the touch, and even exuded cold air.
It's not surprising considering where she came from and her ability to use demonic magic due to her being in a master familiar pack. Shin was excited to see all the abilities she would exhibit, however.
"I'm back," Shin said, announcing his return to the two. Asia and Yuki both turned to him excitedly, the former quickly running over and pouncing on Shin. Putting her paws on her shoulders and licking his face all over. She has grown to be a very affectionate wolf.
"Alright Yuki, that's enough," Shin said while laughing, and lightly pushed her off him. He wiped his face of the slobber with his hand. "I have good news."
Asia however, seeing as Yuki was no longer giving Shin attention, it was her turn and wrapped Shin up in a hug. Shin smiled and returned the hug and explained to her the news.
"I got a teleportation flier to Asgard. We will be going tomorrow and be staying there for a while most likely." Shin said, causing Asia to perk up.
"Really? That sounds amazing!" Asia said excitedly. So far, they had not seen much of the supernatural world as it wasn't exactly easy to find places that had a lot of supernatural existences.
Asia released Shin from her hug and instantly went over to the hotel room's closet to start packing all her clothes so they could leave in the morning. Shin clenched his fist and looked down at it, small sparks of red lightning kissing his closed fist.
He was so excited to go to Asgard. He just knew that it would be amazing. He knew he would fit in perfectly there. Finally, his adventure would start.
He decided long ago he would just let the plot play out by itself. Sure, he might intersect with it in his travels, or maybe help out here and there.
He wasn't concerned with the plot of DxD. He was only interested in having fun, and living the life he wanted to. He wasn't going to live his life in the plot of DxD, he would forge his own path.
