Kapitel 9: Terror of Truth-Seeking Ball!
Reaching the Pope's Palace, Elder Ling looked at the gate and said, "Lingyuan Douluo is here for a visit and important work."
Ye Xiu raised his brows at her word. He finally got to know her title, and he understood who she was. A filler character that only appeared in Donghua, and she died because she wasn't serious.
'Same thing happened now,' Ye Xiu mentally chuckled as he understood that the only reason why she was caught in the rope was because she didn't take him seriously, and that was her mistake.
"Come in," They heard a cold feminine voice, and Elder Ling pointed at the choker. Ye Xiu looked at her for a moment and then he called back the orb, and when he did, he felt goosebumps.
He saw a scary smile appearing on Elder Ling's face, which disappeared a second later, and she opened the door and walked in.
Ye Xiu's face was full of sweat, and wiping his face, he also walked in.
Inside the room, Ye Xiu looked at the woman sitting on her throne, and he was stunned by her. It won't be wrong to call her the most beautiful woman he had seen, and then coming back to her senses, he bowed to her and said, "I have seen Her Majesty the Pope."
Bibi Dong looked at the kid brought by Elder Ling, and ignoring him, she looked at her.
"What is it?" She asked while putting her pen down, and Elder Ling took the two books from Ye Xiu and gave them to her.
Seeing the books, Bibi Dong raised her brows, and she read the titles on them. She had no change in her expression, and she started to read what was written on it.
Minutes passed by, and when she was done reading everything, she looked at Ling Yuan and asked, "Who wrote this?"
Ling Yuan glanced at Ye Xiu, and seeing this, Bibi Dong frowned, and asked, "Are you joking with me?"
"If You can find any replica, then look for it. Or else, you can give it back." Ling Yuan said imitating Ye Xiu's tone, and his eye twitched at her words.
"That's what he said when I asked the same question." Ling Yuan said in a lazy tone, but her eyes were sharp, and she looked at Ye Xiu, whose face was full of sweat.
Bibi Dong frowned as she heard the words, and she looked at Ye Xiu clearly.
"Raise your head." She said while keeping an eye on him, and when their eyes met, Ye Xiu felt. All he could see while looking into her eyes was a deep coldness, and even though he was trying to calm himself, he couldn't help but shudder and feel scared.
"Did you write this?"
"Yes." Ye Xiu answered her questions, and when he did, he found himself calming down. A calm look appeared on his face, and even though there was no change in Bibi Dong's expression, he now didn't feel scared.
"I also have the proof." Ye Xiu said, and as he said this, he released his Spirit Rings. He also stretched his hand, and a Spirit Bomb appeared in his hand.
Bibi Dong was inwardly surprised by the change in his expression, and she didn't expect that a kid could calm down in front of him, and even speak with confidence. Ling Yuan was the same as her, and she was also surprised by it.
Looking at the purplish ring, Bibi Dong gave a nod, and then she said, "Attack her with Spirit Bomb."
Ye Xiu thought for a second, and then he attacked Ling Yuan with the Spirit Bomb. A surprised look appeared on their faces, and Ling Yuan laughed at him, and a flame wing appeared in front of her and blocked the attack.
"Any level 30 or maybe 40 can be defeated by this attack." Ling Yuan said as she noticed the power of attack, and Bibi Dong gave a nod at her words. She had also expected this result, and then she looked at other variants of Spirit Bomb, which could be developed by others.
"What do you need for this?" Bibi Dong asked while accepting the books, and Ling Yuan chuckled and said, "He said he wants to become your apprentice."
"Oh? My apprentice? Wait a minute, Are you Ye Xiu from Blue Silver Grass Village?" Bibi Dong said as she remembered something, and Ling Yuan raised her brows at her words.
"Yes," Ye Xiu said while remembering Matthews's words, and Bibi Dong stood up at her place. She appeared beside him, and holding his hand, she checked his age and strength.
Bibi Dong hummed and when she looked at the three rings in his hand, she asked, "Is this your Martial Spirit, Truth-Seeking Balls?"
"Yes," Ye Xiu said, and the rings moved and transformed into three balls. Looking at them, Bibi Dong touched the balls, and she didn't feel anything. When she used her energy, the energy was dispersed by the balls, and a curious look appeared on her face.
"Attack me with this," Bibi Dong and a troubled look appeared on Ye Xiu's face. She looked at the troubled look and asked, "What are you waiting for?"
"Your Majesty, I don't know how strong my attack is, so I don't know if I should attack." Ye Xiu said what he was thinking, and Bibi Dong looked at him with narrowed eyes.
"What do you mean?" She asked and Ye Xiu explained that when he attacked a 1000-year-old beast, it passed through like a knife through butter, and he didn't dare to attack with full strength.
Bibi Dong laughed as she heard this and said, "Just attack me with full strength."
Ye Xiu gave a nod, and he transformed one orb into a ball, and the other into a baseball bat.
Walking a few meters, he threw the ball in the air, and when it reached the same place, he hit the ball with a bat, and at that instant, he had reduced the mass to the least. The ball flew at Bibi Dong, creating a sonic boom, and in an instant, it reached her.
Unconsciously, Bibi Dong moved to the side, and looking at the scene, Ye Xiu used full strength to stop the ball, and most of his spirit power was used.
Ling Yuan had a stunned look on her face as she saw the scene, and even Bibi Dong was stunned by it. Her eyes widened as she understood the meaning of what happened, and before she could say more, she heard the sound of something falling down.
They both looked at Ye Xiu and saw that he had fallen down with the three balls disappearing from the place, and they appeared beside him.
"Spirit Power has been used," Bibi Dong muttered as she checked his body, and then she continued, "Give him some Spirit power, and forget what happened before."
Ling Yuan gave a nod, and she still was stunned by what happened before. Remembering the time when she had it around her neck, she felt shivers and after becoming a Titled Douluo, for the first time, she felt fear of death.
