He looked towards Ryder with confusion as he didn't recognize him.

"Why are you standing there like that? He's here to talk about a job; go greet him," the Old man said to Aleson.

"Ah, H-hello Sir," Aleson said, but he stuttered as he was nervous.

'Just like I had heard, his lack of university scores and his shy personality was the main reason for the world not to notice the upcoming genius,' Ryder thought as he smiled.

"Don't worry, Aleson. I'm here to offer you a job. I have a pharmaceutical and tech company, and I want to hire you to work with me on an idea that I think will revolutionize the world. As this is just the beginning, I can only pay you 10000$ but when our company's profit increases, your salary will increase as well. What do you say?" Ryder asked Aleson.
