Kapitel 14: Has Given Up Completely!
Zhao Xinyi woke up before her alarm rang out. Her eyes were exceptionally bright as she quickly cleaned up and packed her hair into a bun.
She quickly wore the outfit she had prepared before going to bed. A blue Jean with a white long-sleeved shirt.
Even though it was a completely simple style, Zhao Mei didn't have a lot of allowances for a wardrobe change. And so, most of her clothes had been worn for close to two years.
Her curves had grown and filled out the jeans while the shirt hung on her body like a second skin, highlighting her slender waist and her perfect figure.
Satisfied with the fit, Zhao Xinyi smiled and turned to leave the room.
Since the computer couldn't handle the task, she was back to square one. However, Zhao Xinyi didn't mind.
Last night, she had made up her mind - she was going to use the second level of her skills to get Zhu Fan to confess.
At first, she had been worried about him losing his mind if she used it on him, but now, she had thrown all caution into the wind.

Zhao Xinyi opened the door and saw Yu Lan standing there with her hands raised, clearly about to knock.

"How can I forget what today is? Today, a certain scheming couple would get struck by lightning, why would I miss the show?" Zhao Xinyi shot back at her.
Without paying her any attention, she walked downstairs.
Downstairs, Father Yu and his wife were already waiting, as it was an important day, it was not a new thing for the family to skip breakfast.
"Xiao Mei, where's your laptop?" Father Yu asked, his mind still holding on to a little bit of hope.
Zhao Xinyi shrugged, "There's nothing on it to prove that the software belongs to me. There's no point taking it along,"
Upon hearing that, the mother and daughter were even more excited. Unlike Father Yu, they didn't mind Zhu Fan winning. Or rather, they wanted Zhu Fan to win.
Also, they had no idea that Father Yu had been unable to make Zhu Fan cooperate with him.
Because of this, the two of them were happy to see that Zhao Xinyi had nothing to show!
On the side, Yu Lan pulled out her phone and sent a message to Zhu Fan.
[Brother Zhu Fan, Zhao Xinyi has given up completely this time!]
From the corner of her eyes, Zhao Xinyi saw her and guessed what she was doing, however, she said nothing.

At first Zhao Xinyi started to learn about the brain l so that she could save the people that her skill affected. But while searching, she had stumbled on brainwaves and fell in love with it.
By the time she made her first breakthrough, Fang Yijun was excited and finally made her to stop using her ensnaring mind arts.
To Zhao Xinyi, that was what she wanted the most. Because of that, she had even devoted herself more into that research, and eventually, she had created Ray.
But at the end of it all, she was nothing more than a step for Fang Yijun to climb!
