Kapitel 48: Akemi decides to contact Hastin

Spencer was not sure how it would have escalated but now he had one more work to do. He needs to get the nanobots from Tucker's body. He took the phone out of his pocket and messaged Gary,

'I want Tucker!'

Gary replied after ten minutes, 'OK'

The app might not be happy to hear that Jackson is already dead. But there was no other choice. If Tucker gets caught then it may become impossible to bring back everything under their control.

He held his aching head and stood up. He walked towards the bathroom cabinet and took a painkiller. Then he sipped the beer and dumped his body on the sofa.

Akemi stood in one corner and watched his movements. Once she was sure that he slept after noticing his steady breathing, her hand moved towards the telephone directory. Right at that time, the doorbell rang and she lost her grip once again on the directory.
